The Executive Producer & Founder of HorseTV Global grew up in the suburbs, but his family had a summer home at a lake where there was a riding stable- so much of the summer was spent hanging around the horses. One day when he was about 10 years old, the Manager came up to him and his friend and said "Here's two pitchforks, you guys can clean stalls." YES!!! The best day of our young lives! Cleaning stalls graduated to brushing horses and getting them ready for trail rides, and as payment, we were allowed to go riding with the trail riders. That's where the "slippery slope" started.
In college he taught horseback riding and horsemanship for the University accredited program, and after college, moved to western Pennsylvania where a 40 acre farm (and more horses) were acquired. Cold weather and snow did not agree with his DNA and he wound up selling the farm, and moving himself and the horses to the Dallas, Texas area. (Almost no snow!)
While the first half of his career was in the wireless and telecommunications industry, he was struck by how most equine TV programming was produced by wedding videographers who really knew very little about horses, or what they were filming, so he decided to change the paradigm for equestrian programming, and 20 years ago created a TV production company focusing exclusively on horses, breeds, disciplines, sports, travel and more.
That has grown to a library of nearly 1,000 equine stories and episodes, Global TV Channels on ROKU and FireTV, and a YouTube Channel which has garnered over 10.3 million views (and that's just on YouTube!) and continues to grow every month.
We provide cost-effective production services so just about anyone can share their story of involvement with horses, with a national and domestic audience for years to come. Every horse owner...has a story to tell.
Our goal is to provide horse owners, clinicians, trainers and anyone associated with the equine world, the opportunity to have their story captured, and broadcast for years to come, all at an affordable price.
